FAQS

Am I insured should something go wrong?

Airbnb provides a host guarantee for its users. We would highly recommend taking a further look at their terms. Please follow this link for more info: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/guarantee

The Host Guarantee should not be considered a replacement or stand-in for homeowners or renters insurance. The Host Guarantee does not protect:

  • cash and securities
  • pets
  • personal liability
  • shared or common areas

We advise that you contact your home insurance company and advise them of your intentions.

How do you screen potential guests?

We take vetting guests very seriously. We implement 3 way ID verification protocol which means the guest must provide the following: Passport, ID card/Drivers licence, email address,  as well as a link to their social media account such as Facebook or LinkedIn, before we accept their booking. In addition to this we look closely at the reviews previous Host have given them.  Should there be any further doubts, we may enquire as to the nature of their trip.

How much business can you bring me?

This will be dependant on many factors and only after an assessment of the property and what you are willing to do to make it work will we be in a position to advise further.

Can I use the space in between bookings?

Absolutely! Just let us know which dates you would like us to block and we will take care of it.

Will doing this require an initial investment?

After an initial consultation we will let you know whether further investment is required.

Where do you operate?

We operate in London, Oxford, Bristol and Taunton.
